WHM errors while adding packages (linux cpanel server 64 bit os)

Error: While adding packages in WHM it may show errors like

Add Package

Check the Cpanel logs if it shows:
(internal warning while parsing [stdin])....

It is sure that the cpanel process is out of memory.

FIX:

Go to tweak settings >
Search for the option :
The maximum memory a cPanel process can use before it is killed:
Check the memory allocated. Its not advisable to make it to O disable the limit
increase the memory if you had 256M make it to 350M that will fix the issue.
