Todays Sailing At Queue mail + Plesk

Emails more than 2 Mb are getting to the server outlook says time out
and webmail didnt show up the mail.

scenario

Gmail returns error.
The error that the other server returned was: 552 552 sorry, that message size exceeds my databytes limit (#5.3.4) (state 18).
Even there is nothing in the logs..
checked databytes files .. no use

ANSWER

then tried this logged into plesk panel and
->server->mail->prefernences ->Maximum letter size ........
just changed the vale and saved ..miracle mails showed up
issue fixed...
